PERSONAL TRAINING

I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor with A.F.A.A. (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) since 2005. I have led boot camps in Burbank, CA, and Griffith Park for over 10 years and have successfully coached hundreds of people to achieve their health goals. My years of experience and education in this field make me your best choice as a coach. I highly value safety above all as we progress into the best strongest version of YOU. As your coach, I will keep you accountable and together set realistic goals

Yoga

Practicing Yoga not only stimulates the Central Nervous system but builds muscle strength and improves flexibility simultaneously. Did you know that practicing yoga also prevents cartilage and joint breakdown AND protects the spine? Yoga is also known to drain the lymph and boost immunity. Seems pretty important to me.

Weight Training

I can’t say enough about the importance of weekly training. In my experience building muscle mass three days per week seems to be a safe and effective method of getting stronger with less chance of injuries. Building more muscle mass increases bone density, endurance, and stamina. Increasing muscle mass decreases body fat. Not to mention how much your self-esteem will soar through the roof

Flexibility

Flexibility training is not just intended to relieve stiffness and pain. Training your muscles and joints to be more flexible increases the strength of your body, increases joint range of motion, lessens the chances of injuries, improves posture, and creates a positive state of mind. I am sure we need this kind of training.

Core Strengthening

Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips, and abdomen to work in harmony leading to better balance and stability. Working on strengthening the core muscles supports a healthy spine and eliminates back pain. Need I say more?
